Any cargo-related issues, including but not limited to vessel approvals, documentation issuance, follow-up with Finance regarding payments and claims (demurrage, quantity, and quality), are timely handled.

The department acts as the main link between clients and Terminals. Sonangol, as the middleman man ensures that all parties’ best interests are kept as no direct relationship between both ends of the chain, is allowed.
